Roger- IMHO the odds now of a military strike against IRAQ are better than 50/50. I anticipate this will happen in 10 days or less. This will be the market's excuse to take profits from this recent run-up. If a strike indeed occurs and is short and painless (for us), the market will probably rebound. If it is problematic and/or if Russia, China and other nations make a fuss, the market change course. Everyone is downplaying the impact of the IRAQ situation on the markets, but the markets are being driven by psychology, not fundamentals at this point. Long-term, I still see the DOW ending above 8500 at year's end. Too much money flowing into funds and 401ks. You just can't argue with supply and demand.

Best Wishes,

Timoteo
