Intel's management recently said Q2 and Q3 were the bottom, and growth should begin in Q4.

Anyone have a positive view of Intel's stock? I don't follow them that closely, but it seems to me that they've got the double whammy of 1- losing share to AMD as AMD's useage of TSMC puts AMD ahead of Intel in the line width / advanced processing curve, and 2- Intel is going to spend a lot of billions of USD to build foundries in the US, and that seems risky (what if their foundries come on line with line width technology behind TSMC's then current line width technology?

Those two things keep me away from investing in Intel.
