Most of here 'mistakes' were made the videographer trying to make her look bad.
If you want to see a version of that video that is less edited, here you go:

Lots of "um" and "uh" and "and" and pauses in that impromptu delivery.

A high school student taking a class on public speaking could have done much better. I know because I remember mine.
