SUPERCAR SUCCEEDS AGAIN; 93.7 MPG AVERAGE IN 3 RUNS

B.A.T. International (OTC:BAAT) succeeded again in achieving very high fuel efficiency in a field trial of a Geo Metro four door sedan equipped with a 1.5 liter Yanmar diesel engine modified with B.A.T.'s proprietary Dolphin Pulse Charge technology. Three field trial segments of 50 miles each were run at a constant speed of 40 miles per hour on a two-mile oval track at California Speedway in Fontana, California. The individual test results were 91.5, 94.5 and 95 miles per gallon.

A Chief Engineer from Ford Motor Company sent a representative from the Advanced Vehicle Engineering Dept. of the University of California, Riverside to evaluate field test results. Mr. Heffel of UC Riverside agreed to certify the results. Also discussed at the track were plans for possible future testing, including dynamometer tests at the U.C. Riverside facility. Dates and times for dyno tests will be announced in future releases.

B.A.T. International's President, Joseph LaStella stated "We are extremely happy with the field tests today because it confirms we can get further improvements in fuel efficiency in two independently certified sets of tests. We are very excited about moving forward with further certification and discussions on technology licensing."
