TA: Since only "you" have the answer to every possible question. Three very simple questions for you:

From Goodman & Gilman <<- "The specificity of the "selective" inhibitors noted in Table 34-8 is restricted for most PDE isoenzymes to a relatively narrow concentration range"

TA comment: That means that as you increase the dose of Viagra ( and some patients may be temtedc to do that ) then Viagra will inhibit a whole bunch of other PDE enymes which are necessary for the heart etc to fuction, with disastrous effects.>>

Question #1 for TA: Does the Table 34-8 in Goodman and Gilman list include Viagra (sildenafil)? Yes or no?

Question #2 for TA :Does the May,17, 1996 Science article on retinal degeneration refer specifically to PDE-VI in mice (not PDE-Vs which you have incorrectly stated in your posts). Yes or no?

TA, I find it fascinating that you are so upset about the PR department of drug companies and "uninformed support from lay people including those with MBAs or PhDs but not MD degrees." Read your own posts, you consider yourself a one-man cheerleader for VVUS. Your posts are clear evidence of how MDs provide undeserved and misleading support for companies in which they own stock. VVUSers beware !

TA, one final question:

Question #3: Do you know how much harm you are doing to potential novice investors who read your glowing posts and think that VVUS is a sure thing without any risks? Yes or no?
