I guess the decision on which way to go would inevitably come down to dollars and cents. I don't think they have any preferences just something that makes sense for everyone. I think the market feels that AAU is down to its last dime right now and is not in a position to deal. I think some sort of non dilutive funding would be great to allow them time to do a deal that is good for everyone. Ross
