Bruce,

If they are selling at .50/share I would be concerned.... :0) And if they hadn't continued to spend money to bring the processor to the level of operation that it currently is at, I would be worried.

But I didn't see "vaporware" two weeks ago, which Carl should be able to attest to as well.

There are major differences between '33 Act and '34 Act companies.
I don't fully understand what all of them are, but I do know that if this company puts something in that 10Q/10K that is not true, that is something they can be held legally accountable for.

I have to pay attention to the physical possibilities of the technology, since I can't spend my hours thinking that the worst is going on behind the scenes just because I don't have all the information I require about insider stock transactions.

You may be right, but I hope you're wrong. Either way neither you or I can confirm anything but in the end we all have other avenues open to us should this company cease to fulfill on its promises. However, I think Bill Carraway recognizes the extreme harm to shareholder confidence that exists when we see substantial percentage reductions of insider holding. If not, he certainly does now... :0)

Bruce/Bill, All point are well taken and should be considered by all.

In addition, if anyone knows of any particular links to 1933 Act and differences to that of the '34 Act, I would be much obliged.

We're where the rubber hits the road and we need to see the contracts and the MONEY.

Regards,

Ron
