A lawsuit is probably inevitable with the secondary offering happening during the 4Q and then the crappy earnings. My experience with these lawsuits is that after a couple of years the shareholder gets about 50 bucks and the lawyers end up with millions. In the meantime management uses up time better spent on turning the business around not to mention the money they need to spend to defend themselves. I'd rather make my money back investing at these levels and seeing the co. turnaround.
