I had another stock (AXIM) which did a secondary right before announcing an earnings problem. The lawsuits are not the main problem. The underwriters and analysts who follow the stock are the problem. They have egg on their faces and will downgrade or hold off any positive recommendations after being burned. The street's following is necessary to get a major recovery. Karl
