Tony wrote that in 2009-- from prison. Obviously he wasn't talking about two years prior, so perhaps, being a draft, he figured he'd clean up stuff later. We're talking 46 single spaced pages that are absolutely captivating... but it's not nearly complete. Although the style and content is pure Tony, the grammar and punctuation, at least from what he wrote here on SI, is not. If he had help writing it, there could be only one other source, who I do know, who I hope has "the rest of it", but have never asked.
