Will - I am not quite awake yet, but I don't see how your post ties to my orginal post # 4445 >>Motorola Downsizes After Dismal 3rd Quarter Motorola says it will eliminate jobs and cut back on manufacturing.The changes follow an announcement that third quarter earnings have dropped 58 percent. Motorola attributed that poor performance to the usual suspects: weakness in the semiconductor industry, competitive pressures, and price drops in the cellular telephone, aging, and modem businesses.<< JW@KSC
