Bay is risky buy at this price unless the market of networking stocks continue to go up. Cisco latest 2900 series is direct at Bay's two big revenue generators - Bay 350 and C100 and it is priced very aggressively. It might not hurt this quarter, but will definitely has some impacts on Bay bottom line next quarter. At least on the gross margin side.
