Steve,

I base my statement on several points (in no particular order)

* Even thought there are few employees, several have Ph.Ds. There
are two among the corporate officers and three on the board of
directors. The scientific advisory board consists of 6 Ph.Ds and one
MD. Such a relatively high percentage indicates Paracelsian's
dedications to conducting excellent science.

* They have a collaboration with NCI (National Cancer Institute) via
a CRADA to develop PN355. This is prestigious.

* I have read through the investors packet, and I advise you to do
so also. Their approach seems to me to be very interesting and
based on the principle of "signal transduction" whereby messages
get sent from the cell surface (via receptors) to inside the cell.
Most biopharmaceuticals act in this manner - for example, hormones
and cytokines. From their studies, they claim to have elucidated a new, additional
pathway (cmos kinase), which is targetted by PN355, involved in
AIDS replicatrion in T cells. This is not in their investors
packet, and I eagerly await some scientific publication that I can
read. I will let you know what I think when I see it.

Steve, after you read your investors packet, please post your thoughts.
Paracelsian is definitely not an investment for the faint of heart.
It is extremely volatile and risky. Remember, the stock was around
$1 back in Jan. I have ridden this stock from 1 1/4 to over 4.
When a large biotech or pharmaceutrical firm, say Merck, make a major
discovery, the stock will see a slight effect. But when a tiny
company like PRLN makes such a discovery, it goes crazy.
Personally, I find it an interesting gamble for the long term.
I see the remainder of 96 and 97 as important time...

* Complete PN27,1 compassionate use trial
* File IND for PN27,1 and start Phase I
* Announce Phase I, start Phase II for PN355
* Begin marketing either PN27,1 or PN355 as a dietary supplement???
* Begin recieving royalties on Ah-immunoassay to cancer risk assesment
* Other discoveries???

I hope my ramblings have been helpful.

Rick
