Thanks M............we're very confident we're out of the woods, although I worry about Smithee and his significant other. The air quality in their area is off the charts bad.

This has been a real eye-opener for us. We feel like we did everything right when we evacuated, and now we have an even stronger appreciation for the men and women who risk their lives to protect our communities. The fire coordinator came out with a thank you for all the support they've been getting from the community, but they are so overwhelmed they have asked people to please stop bringing them food and other supplies.

We always knew we had great neighbors, and there was and still is a huge amount of support for one another that won't soon be forgotten.
