Pancho, the Compuserve deal didn't close as of Dec. 31, so there was no need to include this for reporting the Dec. quarter.

Can't comment on the rest of the financials at this time (in regard to cooking the books/massaging the numbers).

Marketing expenditures are probably down, and membership up, because of software pre-installed on computers people buy, and less TV advertising and sending of diskettes/CD Roms. You're going to get a bump when everyone goes out and buys computers in December when everyone offers the great financing deals they run to increase computer sales.

Interesting to hear MCI is that busy signing up subscribers, and I can't recall seeing any marketing about the co-branding savings either yet (and this is before the Yahoo Online starts up too).
