The Freeport LNG terminal had a fire back in June, and they said it would be back online by mid-October.

I suspect that any and every LNG transport has been chartered, and the rates are through the roof the last time I checked. If the war ends, they would all drop like a rock overnight. That's the danger in those issues.

IAC probably knows the LNG transport companies better than most here. I'm not sure about the terminal operators, but he probably knows those inside and out as well.
