Should that reasoning be correct, which I have little doubt about that, it's a miracle that Vlad hasn't retaliated yet. What the CIA/MI6 are thinking by these actions is beyond me. If I could I'd move to Russia or some SA country like Bolivia Again I ask why is the west wanting to go all the way to using nukes?
