I am in process to off-load two pieces of sharply 'appreciated' / 'inflated' (residential ~10X since 1999, and industrial ~10X since 2007) real estate to
(i) GetMoreGold,
(ii) add a bit of crypto, and
(iii) play the options market to short put to gradually GetMoreMines & dividend-paying telecoms
... I think you are correct that we might be entering the end-game, globally, and soon shall be 'closing time'.
It is so clear now, and yet not, for point of destination is visible, but the roads to it are many.
In some ways better than a ball game, but, the spectators are the players, whether we know it or not.
Of the majors, Germany first, Rest-of-EU, UK and Japan not far behind. Just a guess. |
