Has any thoughts gone into the fact that this company is holding a boat load of cash compared to the share price, I estimate (1.40+/-)?

This would be prime picking for another company to come in and spend that CA$H, especially a company that has someone that has been close to generating that cash...

I think that an offer, at this point in time, to shareholders would go over quite easily. Especially, all who get more more involved with the warrant call. I would speculate that a company could offer between 8-$10 a share.

Any thoughts...
