Usually the Bid and Ask are changed at the same time; however, they sometimes change the Bid and Ask at separate times, and as a result.... they don't register on the main screen....but with Level II, I can still see the separate listing of the B & A on my Time & Sales chart. lol It doesn't make sense, I know, but that's what I've noticed them doing today and yesterday.
