Hi C.K. Been lurking for some time. Enjoy your research. I don't know if you have covered this but I ran across BMR Software ,http://www.bmrsoftware.com/contact.html, and their Vertex 2000 software. This is a privately held company started by the man who helped develop ASCII standard. Claims they have much cheaper solution to Y2K problems. I did not see anything about embedded solutions. Just thought would bring to your attn. if you have not heard of them. Your thoughts? Please excuse if this has been covered here as I have not read the thread from the beginning. Thanks in advance.
