OT: DeSantis could be in some serious legal trouble.

The immigrants he flew to Martha's Vineyard are now saying they were lied to about the destination and were told they were going to Boston where there would be jobs waiting.

DeSantis also used Florida tax payer money to take these immigrants from Texas which is not an approved use of that money and he did not coordinate with the Fed immigration as required.

That is basically human trafficking and could be considered kidnapping under false pretenses.

18 U.S. Code § 1201 - Kidnapping
Whoever unlawfully seizes, confines, inveigles, decoys, kidnaps, abducts, or carries away and holds for ransom or reward or otherwise any person

inveigles: persuade (someone) to do something by means of deception or flattery.

Congressional committee has asked the DOJ to probe these deceptive moves of immigrants.
