LUMN are going to divest some of its operations in H2 FY 2022 for net cash of $7B. Has anyone found any information on how they will spend the cash?

Also, some information of the new CEO, Kate Johnson will be helpful. Her past doesn't seem too strong at first glance IMO, but I will do more research. The market reacted negatively to the news.
