They've been kept on the plantation for decades due to Dem propaganda and lies just like you keep proving with your posts. Black author Walter Williams wrote a book " Hey Govt please stop helping us" That tells you all you need to know. Also Black Civil Rights leaders (Sharpton, Jackson etc) are just carnival barkers who actually hurt blacks while they live in their cushy mansions. WTF up dude!
