Does anyone know how the vote counting for this proxy will work?? Does the company doing the proxy report the results as they arrive in the mail or do they wait and report the results all at once. I think insiders own enough shares that this proxy is just a formality but that's only my opinion. Does anyone think there is a chance this split won't happen?? Very low volume today. Perhaps the big sell off is over.
