I have no special experience with this type of small cap buyouy thing. I'd just take it as an indicator that talks are ongoing. If the board wants to sell at the offer price, soon, it seems like it will likely go through. But that's just a guess, who knows, ya know? It's better than not having a buyer interested. My hunch is if something is going to happen, it may happen in the next two weeks. If not, OIIM likely drifts lower again, and then if they report worse for their Q3 results, the buyer's offer probably dips again, or the whole thing goes away. Something like that. OIIM has $1.90 cash per share, and is modestly profitable. They don't need to sell.
