I think they use a lot of the ones on the ground now for apple juice.

I remember seeing tons of apples in Shandong province in China when I was doing business there. Their apples were like huge Golden Delicious apples. They tasted similarly as well.

By the mid-2000's, I think China was #1 globally in Apple Juice, with most of that coming from Shandong.
