Bonefish,
What's Gavin's platform.
He has banned all gas-powered vehicles by 2035. And that's meaningful because saying so is enough.

He survived a recall attempt by all five "Trump supporters" that remain in the People's Republic of California.

He emptied the prisons in California during the COVID pandemic, thereby alleviating overcrowding conditions and saving lives (at the expense of public safety, but that's not his fault, I'm sure).

He helped to legalize shoplifting and theft under $950, thereby helping poor families support themselves through a life of crime.

He helped turn San Francisco into the car break-in capitol of the world.

He celebrated as tax revenues skyrocketed due to rising real estate and Silicon Valley money, even as home ownership became a running joke for the vast majority of California's residents.

He helped raise the costs of living and doing business here in California. Thanks to him, a "lIvAbLe wAgE" is now up to $35/hour minimum.

He is challenging us to go green by closing down nuclear power plants, making us tolerate rolling blackouts, and forcing us to conserve on electricity, even as we move toward a future of EVs.

Speaking of conservation, he has also resisted calls to seriously beef up our water infrastructure and "encouraged" us to use less water. That can only be good for the planet, right?

Finally, he has presided over a net decrease in population, because if there is one thing Californians hate, it's other people moving here and bespoiling the left-wing utopia that we crafted for ourselves.

And that's just off the top of my head.
