if the company does not need to sell, why are they?

The premium to the current share price is pretty appealing, if you ask me. It was $3.00 yesterday with the previous deal on the table. I think selling for $4.90 is pretty good for a $3 stock.

I'd rather a capital infusion or other low rate funding.

I don't think OIIM needs cash. They need sales growth.
