I'd have a hard time going long something I'm bearish on FA wise. DRAM prices are plummeting, inventory is building and they're cutting prices (killing profit margins).
I know it shouldn't matter but I tend to keep my TA and FA aligned though I scalp the indexes both ways. On swing trades and longer though, I need the comfort of knowing the long term is on my side. I could sit on a short if it went against me but I couldn't stomach a long on the indexes to hold for a day or two. LOL
