I'll bet if some male student showed up at school wearing a short tight mini skirt and basketball sized falsies, he'd quickly get the boot out the door.

That "teacher" is an exhibitionist freak and any school board that allows him into a classroom dressed like that should be removed, ASAP. Some kid should sneak up and stick a pin in those balloons to see if they'd pop..
