Craig- I think if you own ANCR and only some on margin,as the stock goes down they start putting the cash shares in the margin column to cover the paper losses so you stay at a certain percentage. Probably when it goes up they don't re-adjust it(why that is i don't know) but I have had the same experience with other stocks.
