While I was please to learn Zelinsky was planning a visit to Texas, I didn't realize the actual significance. This is how training for maintenance of the Abrams tank is conducted. It seems Ukraine's leader is planning for his troops to visit Waco and learn to support the heavy battle tanks in preparation for using the heavy battle tanks to kick Putin's mobilization of retirees all the back to Siberia. Zelinsky is using the winter slowdown well.
