I'll bet TBR peaks in the next day or so. After the SS reform vote today, I just don't see the news to continue the momentum until the end of the month, unless we get some positive press or analyst comments supporting the higher price targets. I would sure think the DOW is pressing it's short term cap also. Perhaps a slide back to the lower teens after Brazil option expiration on the 18th? sf
