Frontal lobe? People can think. Some even become great at it. But in general - especially in politics and other emotional issues life is made of - it’s job is rationalizing emotional reactions.

Did you notice that lately non-fiction books are seldom readable - unless you’re part of the specific market they’re written for?

Edit - So, I guess, the answer is no.
