A lot of people pushing the 2008 correlation. mrci.com October bounce then was weak as temporary repos wildly gyrated around the prospects for the TARP bailout in Congress. This time, it probably will be the tendency of monthly BS roll-offs to be crowded into the last two weeks of the month.
