Not sure why you draw this conclusion. It looks to me that one of the partners (DP) left the 'group' and that they all had to restate their positions re the 23MM share 'jointly' held by the group. It looks like a 'last person breathing takes all' sort of partnership and that means they each are the 'beneficial' owner of the whole pie if the others fall off of the planet.

I missed the math re 10MM, where did you see it in the filing?
