If people saw the market value of their tradable/tradeable citizenship moving in real-time with every event and decision, they'd vote more intelligently. In 1986 in BP Oil London our little office had a debate on how to spell drivability/driveability. I prefer the short version. I think payment to a private seller should be by contract selected by the parties. Government sales I suppose in the country's currency which could be based on the market value of the citizenship. For example NZ$1 = 0.0000001 citizenship. Dilute the citizenship too much and the NZ$ would fall against other currencies. Do dumb things such as attacking Russia, the NZ$ and citizenship values would fall. Transfer $billions to Raytheon from citizens the money and citizenship would fall. USA was once a nation run by the people for themselves. Now it's a freeloader warmonger corruptocrat paradise where voting to take opm is normal. Huge taxes, nearly all wasted. Mqurice
