Has anybody gotten a follow-up on the oral arguments? What was said? How long did they last etc.? Were their any shockers? It doesnt look like there were any bombs or we would be looking at lower #s. Thats good.
But now with the hush hush from the court room and no speculation anticipated on the buy or sell sidefrom a GE settlement the stock needs some support. If the co puts out bad #s the down draft is going to be magnified because there is to much tension (judging by my own). But if the co follows up with sales that are on the Dr. Damadian target,$100mil range, the stock moves up on merit and thats what we want. If were not making the #s then we'll get excuses.
Any thoughts?
