All: I would willingly trade a hundred of these meaningless posts for one containing honest to goodness information. For instance, has anyone any idea why the SC is delaying their announcement? The court stated prior to the holidays that they would not be able to finish their review before the recess and would be making an announcement soon after the recess. Well, that has been several weeks now. Have they given any update on what the time scale is for the release of their decision? Seems like they owe people at least an estimate of that time scale. Lee
