It is an asset to have someone who shares very optimistic feelings for Zulu-tek aboard this thread, but I have found many items in your posts to be untrue, and rather than state them as being facts, please say that it is just your opinion.
1) Andy Batkin (former Chairman of the Board CEO and founder of SIM)
Stepped down @ time of acquisition, and rumor has it he took a large client with him. He has started a new Marketing Company called Interactive Marketing, Inc.

2) Caroline Vanderlip (former CEO of SIM)
Stepped down one month after aquisition, started her own Marketing Company.

3) Softbank Holding Company of Japan acquired Andy Batkin's business a couple of years ago, here is a press release stating a deal worked back in November of 96.

4) Regarding the Tokyo office. Softbank Interactive Marketing never had an office in Japan. Although, they did have one in Australia, and Zulu-tek immediatly closed it down, after the acquistion.

This post is my opinion, supported by the facts as listed above. I am long on netz, and have a large position to which I am adding.
I appreciate people like Rande Is, because we need quality input, and we need people willing to spend the time in order for us to fully research this company, and the people behind it.
I rarely go into a stock for a "quick buck" and I believe that long term netz will be a profitable investment for everyone involved here.
