It is still a type 1 move off the Bearish Bat that has already hit the .886 retracement of the summer rally. He was calling it a retest in that post and it sounds like he really doesn't expect it to hold. He recommends treating type 1 moves as reactions and for beginners, he recommends taking a profit at Target 1.
