Illegal contracts are unenforceable. Therefore the Pfizer crooks have no protection against liability claims. USA politicians cannot give immunity to criminal damage against individuals.
They knew, or should have known, that the vaxx did huge damage to vast numbers of people with zero protective benefit for young people with no health risks. Maybe they can make a case that generalized vaxxing of old geezers with health problems had a reasonable cost-benefit probability profile. But there's no way in Hell they could demonstrate hazard/benefit ratios worth a tinker's damn for healthy children with good nutrition [including adequate zinc, vitamin D, etc]. They did zero evaluation of individual risk, including nutrition and health status, giving a blanket promise and commitment that the vaxx is "safe and effective".
Not only did they make that false claim, knowingly, but they ran a vast disinformation campaign to disparage any criticism as anti-science, ignorant, flat-earth crazies. They did not investigate and report on the multitude of damaged individuals. Their epidemiological investigations were absurdly simplistic, incompetent and dishonest.
