At an extraordinary general meeting in March, shareholder approval will be
sought for a stock consolidation at a ratio of 20 to 1. If the shareholders
agree to the consolidation, the new outstanding share capital will be about
1,500,000 shares.
The company will also seek shareholder approval to change its name to FM
Resources.
