OK THC here's your info, just give me a cut of your profits. WPI is
a commodity, there's lots of comp in it. ICCC had the tech and went looking for somebody who could use it. Mike said Murray Goulburn is an aggressive marketer who exports worldwide. He said you this in products in health food stores typically in products used for muscle building.
Murray liked the tech that ICCC had and they made a deal. Sounds like there is some pretty good potential here but they won't see any real revenue on it till late 98 or 99. ICCC considers this a nice side business, while they concentrate on their work with the FDA.

Additional info: 2.4 million shares auth, directors hold 143,000 Paramount capital in NY holds 287,000.
