I don't think anyone in RuZZia will have the power to overrule Mad Vlad's nuclear option.

Remember, many in power are of the same mind as the PooTin cucks and the Z-nationalists. They openly talk about using tactical nukes and all other means necessary to achieve victory in Ukraine. They obviously don't give a shit about WWIII because they're so damned drunk on their own stupidity.

Such talk has been allowed to be broadcast on RuZZian controlled media in order to groom the RuZZian public into accepting the nuclear option. And that might "work," but only because the public cares more about being drafted than seeing Kyiv go up in a mushroom cloud.
