IVM and HCQ were used in many countries and conducted legitimate, successful trials. There were excellent, sensible protocols to be followed and those trials that followed them tended to be successful. Biden caused the war in Ukraine by being weak’ and feckless in response to Putin's threats. The president has unlimited ability to classify and declassify at will, by merely thinking about it.
