You realize your link contains no statement by Biden that he sabotaged the pipeline. Partially because "sabotaged" is past tense and his statements where future tense, but mostly because "ending" Nordstream 2 was about arranging for it to never be used.

Which the German government agreed to (they also said Nordstream 2 would not be certified if Russia invades), and so the pipeline was never brought online. No need to sabotage it, as it was doing nothing and had no prospect of doing anything any time soon, and reasonably likely not ever (unless perhaps a much more peaceful and friendly government took over in Russia and even then there would be concerns about over-dependence on Russia).

Edit - It wasn't going to be used in Germany or any other EU or NATO country or candidate country (it went through Finland, Sweden, and Denmark) but perhaps Russia had some use of the tiny part of it on Russian land. No real important use but maybe something.

Also technically it was certified and then the certification was suspended or revoked, but the key point is with the possible exception of a small part of the pipeline in Russia it was not in use.

Also there is no evidence that it was blown up. There was gas leaks no news about catastrophic explosions.
