You are not accounting for all the risks and slippage.

Ninjatrader has a backtesting tool that you can use to try out various strategies. I've never tried it with options, but if they have the data, it's worth a try. You need to make sure to include slippage and risks into it. A lot of sure fire strategies fail when you account for differences between live and perfect execution.
