James you stated :
Bruce, Wow, are we growing revenues this year or what? First we added Worldpass with 15 million in revenues and already in the black and bringing in 1.5 million in earnings, and now we have added another 10 million in revenues with this latest merger?

That is true, but the way I read it, DCTC is 60% owner so in fact it would be $6M not $10M. Correct me if I misunderstood.

EDIT--just read some more posts and see someone else caught that fact already.

Well after all these recent press releases it seems strange there is not more demand for the stock. Volume picked up for a few days a week or 2 ago, but since then its been pretty stagnant. Not sure what it will take to move up the price if a buyback, dividend, and 2 M & A's can't do the job.. and yes I know most are here for the super long term and dont care about the short term, but it does seem curious why all these announcements haven't made the volume (and therefore the price) move up significantly.

I see most comments here are very positive and from a business plan point of view that is warranted. The business plan looks to be working wonderfully, and usually the price will follow. However, Im playing devil's advocate and just wondering what more has to be done to get demand/interest in the stock up??
